Dr. Ahmet Kuyumcu
Ahmet is the co-founder and CEO of Prorize and responsible for running all facets of the business. A recognized expert in the field of pricing and revenue management, he assures that Prorize delivers the best-in-class pricing solution and continuously exceeds client’s expectations.
Ahmet has directed and built profit-generating pricing systems across a broad range of sectors. Previously Chief Scientist at Zilliant, a provider of price optimization solutions, Ahmet led and pioneered price optimization solution for the Zilliant product suite. Before Zilliant, he served as a Senior Scientist at Talus (now JDA).
Ahmet has authored and published several articles in professional journals and presented more than two dozen technical articles at conferences and universities around the world. He served on the boards of Pricing and Revenue Management section of INFORMS, and the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management.
Ahmet earned M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Operations Research from Texas A&M University.
When not crunching numbers, Ahmet can be found with his wonderful wife and three amazing children. He is an avid reader and enjoys traveling and exploring nature.
Dr. Utku Yildirim
Utku is currently responsible for the product development strategy and the operational processes that ensure successful delivery and adoption of the Prorize product suite. Utku spearheaded the development of the entire Prorize product suite from concept to finish by building a bridge between teams from different disciplines and cultures.
Utku developed many pricing products for a variety of industries, including senior housing, self-storage, telecommunications, high-tech manufacturing, merchandising, hotels, theme parks, restaurants, and internet advertisement.
Utku received his Ph.D. degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. During his graduate studies, he focused on probability theory and its applications in pricing and revenue management.
After completing his Ph.D. degree, he joined the Revenue and Profit Management department at Disney Parks and Resorts, which is responsible for the development and deployment of revenue management solutions.
Peter is responsible for building market knowledge about the benefits of sophisticated revenue management and creating the best possible outcomes for customers. He helps our customers transform their business by leveraging customer centric pricing to unlock the value of their unique product offerings and ultimately improve their revenue streams.
Peter also leads the development of service and sales strategies for Prorize’s most strategic accounts, leveraging our deep and rich revenue management experiences, powerful pricing science, and cutting edge technology solutions to maintain trust-based relationships with our customers.
Peter began his 30-year career in international sales with Maersk in Copenhagen Denmark. In 1991 he joined a leading Danish company in the HVAC industry. In 1995 Peter moved to London, UK to start-up the company’s UK subsidiary as managing director. He moved to Atlanta in 2003 working as National Sales Manager for an affiliated company in the HVAC industry. Peter owned a Sales and Management coaching company for 4 years.
Peter is a Maersk Shipping Academy graduate with a Bachelor in International Sales and Marketing from Copenhagen, DK business school.
Peter spends a lot of time hiking, playing golf and visiting family in Denmark.
